Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
